Gotta have my snacks...

Always have a little snack in my bag just in case I get the munchies ...or more likely my blood sugar takes an unpleasant dip (I'm hypoglycemic). I tend to get stuck in a rut when it comes to what's on offer though - the usual suspects almonds and cranberries. So this week I've decided to change it up.

Lovin these dried clementines (crispy on the outside but juicy on the center from Trader Joes) with a handful of pistachios. Salty/sweet combo which is a winner, plus keeps me away from grabbing the dodgy snacks which make me feel like taking a nap close after. A metabolism booster as an added bonus....crackerjack!
