Smashing spuds!

My new favourite re-vamped pan with my favourite carb!

Par boil the potatoes and drain - into the pan - push down with the back of a spoon so you break the skin - a good dollop of duck fat (olive oil works just as good) and sprinkle sea salt - into a hot 410F oven for around 30-40 mins depending on your stove - give them a shake every 10 mins or so - The broken skin produces caramelized crispy bits!
