Ausable Chasm

What a treat!
Well worth a drive out your way if up in these parts. Set in the Western Champlain Region - 15 miles south of Plattsburgh.
Although a brutally muggy day the trek through the Chasm was refreshingly crisp. Plenty of view points/photo ops along the way. Certainly not challenging as far as the terrain was concerned, but  if heights are not your cuppa tea.... You may want to sit this one out.

Sadly no dogs allowed on this adventure, so a couple of Kongs filled with peanut butter back at the house for the pups.
